This Water Fall is too heavy to be shipped by UPS.Shipments are made by Common Carrier directly to your home. The waterfall is shipped in a crate that measures x x x.
The carrier will call 24hrs in advance to set a time window for delivery. Please have someone at home to recieve the product.
The crate will be set on your driveway. We are not responcible for setting in other areas of your yard, or instalation.
